Meet Conor and Carlie.
Custom Medical Clothing was founded by husband-and-wife duo Conor and his wife with a shared passion for healthcare, athletics, and the power of team unity.
Both coming from athletic backgrounds, we grew up understanding what it means to be part of a team—working together, supporting one another, competing with purpose, and taking pride in the name across your chest. We wanted to bring that same sense of unity and identity into the healthcare profession.
Our connection to healthcare is also personal. Conor was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of 15 and spent years in and out of doctors’ offices learning how to navigate a new way of life. The support, guidance, and compassion he received from healthcare professionals left a lasting impact and helped inspire the purpose behind CMC.​

What sets us apart from the rest is that we offer custom hospital logos for nurses and all medical staff upon request. Our design team is constantly creating new design and logo specifically for your profession. Please feel free to request a design! We appreciate the hard work and dedication of our first responders, so we strive to have them looking sharp and feeling conformable throughout their long shifts.

All of our apparel is customized using screen printing, Forever Vinyl, and embroidery on select products. Each piece is carefully finished by hand to ensure clean, high-quality results. Most designs are produced in black or white, with additional colors available upon request.
