Can I fully customize my item anyway I want?

Answer

YES ! You can customize your item anyway you'd like. There is a section when customizing your item called "Customer Notes". You can write a detailed description in this section of exactly the way you want your item to look. Move logos around, writing on sleeve or not, hospital or no hospital, Ladies sizing, Men's sizing, or Unisex sizing, Multiple product colors, and more.

How are the designs printed?

Answer

All our products are customized using a screen-printing technique. Comparable to popular clothing brands such as Vans, Hurley, and Under Armour. We currently do not offer embroidery stitching but will be in the near future!

 

Question

Can I send a logo to use on my item? Or can I only use logos on the website?

Answer

You can Email us or Text us ANY LOGO you'd like to use on your item in BLACK and WHITE! Be sure to specify is you would like it in color! We only print in color upon request!

 

Question

I don't see my Hospital or Department on the list. Can you use my Hospital and Department? 

 Answer

YES! We can do any Hospital or Department. Fill your Hospital / Department in on the "Customer Notes" Section when customizing your order!

 

Question

Can you send a picture of how my department logo is going to look?

Answer

 YES! Once you request a Mock Up of your department logo. We will send you a visual image of your department logo. If you'd like to change or alter the logo, we will make the requested changes and send it back to you until you approve the logo !

 

Question

I would like to place a Bulk Order for my department. How do I go about it?

Answer

Placing a Bulk Order is easy. Request a Bulk Order form from us. We will send you mock ups for exactly how the items are going to look. We will also send you special Bulk Order prices and everything you'll need to know about filling it out and payment options !

How long does it take to process orders?

Answer

Our orders take 7-10 business days to process. We are a small business, not Amazon. We are trying our best!

Question

Do you give refunds for size issues?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace products due to sizing issues. Since our products are 100% customizable, we cannot accept returns. If a product is ordered with NO customization, we will be happy to accept the return.
